We recently held our autumn BBQ with a good turn out. The weather was on our side and after a filling up on the BBQ, battle commenced. This year a number of members had built combat gremlins (details in this post). With originally around 10 expected to fly, only 5 were entered into combat, either through stick malfunction prior to the event or were unable to attend.
With 30 feet of streamer on 30 feet of fishing line behind each one, it was quite a thing to see in the sky and of course there was casualties. The event was enjoyed by all and there are plans to hold further combat events. Below are a couple of pictures from the day. Thanks again go to our BBQ master chefs.
